However once completed Rentals of Spain will then have all the details necessary to advertise your property in all its glory.

Property Details
Your advert can include as many as 10 photos per house and text up to100 words. Testimonials written about the property are also allowed and will be shown in your advertising space. Please make sure the photos sent for adverts are of good quality and a blue sky is evident when outside. Good quality photos can make the difference between gaining rentals and the customer going elsewhere.
Uploading
You can edit or change your property details at any time - 24 hours a day 365 days a year. By simply logging in and entering your password, you can add or change text, or replace photos with up to date images.

We actively promote our website and the properties on view, by a number of methods. Rentals of Spain appear on all the major search engines, and will be featuring in a huge variety of media publications.
Golf, Senior Citizens, specialist Spanish magazines and the UK media will be carrying adverts from Rentals of Spain. |

Rentals of Spain's market research has told us that, most home owners can rent out their property in high season, however a different picture emerges in winter. We aim to attract groups and sections of society who have opportunities to holiday throughout the year. By doing so, this can only benefit the rental income potential.

Rentals of Spain do not and will not display your personal details on the Website, nor do we display the exact address of your accommodation or anything else. The property owner can display any information he/she feels is appropriate.
2. Your e-mail address is protected
Rentals of Spain guarantees that potential renters get in contact with you without disclosing your e-mail address (the contact form contains an encoded e-mail address) After initial contact has been made, it is then the home owners choice as to the preferred method of contact.
Front page special
You may decide at some point you require extra rental income, this could be simply because of a late cancellation or bookings have been slow this year. A front page special is a fantastic and easy way to get your property noticed. You can book the home page advert for one week or one month, this way you are the first holiday home seen by anyone accessing the Rentals of Spain website. |

We offer a simple to use availability calendar on all advertisements. You can access and update your calendar at any time, to show available or booked dates. We recommend that you make full use of the availability calendar and keep it up to date, as this can avoid confusion for yourself and visitors to the site. However, you can decide not to use the calendar supplied if you so wish. |
