Property owners can place an advert on the website at any time, from the comfort of their own home. Please just follow the step by step guide given. Rentals of Spain will ask all advertisers to fill out a standard information form, which also allows some extra text regarding the property. By following the standard information, holidaymakers can then compare properties and can also get a reasonable flavour of what is on offer.
We advise potential advertisers to print off our questionnaire before actually filling out the details, this ensures the person has all relevant information at hand before starting the process. It is also a good idea to write your descriptive text about your property before filling in any forms, by doing so, the home owner can then copy and paste the relevant details to the appropriate document.
Once the relevant documents have been forwarded to the Rentals of Spain office, we will ensure that the content is satisfactory before the advert appears on the site. This should usually take a couple of working days, and only then will the 12-month annual subscription begin. After successfully completing the relevant documents, the homeowner will have a secure password to log in with. This means that you can modify your personal details at any time, day or night. |
